have you gone into the menu in your camera, and then to the quality.. and chosen the highest it goes?

I've had a few people ask me how I do the postwork to my photos.. so I thought I'd just write a blog entry with all the little do-dads.
-Choosing the right picture is very important, sometimes I'll mess around on a shot adding all the jazzy stuff but really, it shouldn't have all that. so 'simple' is better for some pictures and for the others, photoshop is just calling out for it.
-By the time I'm finished, I will probably have added about 15+ layers of different colors, trying…

Your portrait work is outstanding... very beatiful, interesting and artistic. If you so choose, I think you could have a bright future to follow that path. For me, I believe that your portraits, especially your self portraits, are the best images displayed here on MMS.
On a side note... I noticed that you have quite an interesting collection of cameras at your disposal and would enjoy it if occasionally you noted which camera was used for your images. Are you using any of the medium format cameras for your portraiture?
On another side note... I also noticed the other weblinks that you post to and am looking forward to checking them out as soon as my limited time allows so.
