About Me:: 52 year old Grampa, Did a stint in the US Navy onboard an Air Craft Carrier. Seen Half of this world. Now Livin and lovin in the Rockie Mountains.

My Equipment: I just purchased a Canon Rebel XTI with a with the 18 t0 55mm kit lens, and a Quantaray LD 70-300zoom lens. Not too impressive, but I've just begun! Also a tripod for those hard to get pics.

Everyday life

Hello everybody, I hope you are all excited about digital photography as I am. I have been working my way around cameras of all types since I was a young man. One of my first cameras was a poleroid camera, and I was amazed that I could take pictures just like the professionals,(I was young and didn't realize what I was saying). i took random picture of objects. then then rewind the flim and did it again with landscape shots. but i was off a 1/2 frame so it mess up a bit. so when developing i had to crop alot.

I got a 4+ for all my work for that roll.
