About Me:: My Name is Evelyn Schenck and I live in Sitka Alaska. I love to take photo's of bears and eagles. And I love to take pictures of my home town of Sitka. I just started taking photo's about a year ago. And it has been a hobby of mine eversince.

Before you begin using this site we would like to tell you a little bit about the place.

This site is designed for photography enthusiasts. It is not a place for uploading a million sentimental photos of friends and family. There are other sites that are better suited for that purpose. Please share your best photos, read forums, join groups and by all means ask questions.

If you have any thoughts on photos you see, please comment on them. You are welcome to check out all the photos on this site and leave any comments you like on photos you like or dislike. Be critical and explain why you feel a certain way about a photo. This in itself is a great way to learn and grow as a photographer.
