About Me:: I've been doing photography for well over ten years now. I would like to do it professionally some day. I took a couple of years of photography and learned with an old SLR, using black & white film, and spending tons of time in a darkroom.

I am always trying to improve and learn new things to become a better photographer. My photos consist of landscapes, nature, flowers, animals... but I like to experiment with everything. I will rarely use photoshop on my photos, only for arty purposes... so what I see when I click the camera button is what you get.

I will be posting my favourite photos I have taken along with newer more recent ones. My photography is best viewed on the wall, in person... as I mainly take photos to be printed and framed.

My Equipment: I have a Canon Powershot A610. I like to use it mostly for my macro photography and for quick shots. I also have a Canon S3IS, with different filters, a telephoto and a wideangle lense. I am still getting used to this one and the process of using the different lenses.

I actually forgot about this site for a moment... I really need to get out and do more photography. Things have been so busy lately with just work and life....

This is a fun and great site. I am liking it so far. I hope to get out more and get some shots of this beautiful state of Washington. I moved here from Colorado last year. I have many, many great shots from places located in Colorado, some that I'll share here. And I will share my Washington photos, as they turn out. xx

This site is designed for photography enthusiasts. It is not a place for uploading a million sentimental photos of friends and family. There are other sites that are better suited for that purpose. Please share your best photos, read forums, join groups and by all means ask questions.
