We were there in April 2010.  Pretty much all of our trips are in the spring or fall (thus all the rain) because I just hate heat!

Thank you, Michael, for the great comment on my rainy day photos.  Would you believe that I rejected all three of these when I was doing the initial edit of the trip.  When there are so many, I'm pretty cavalier in my choices (actually, there aren't enough hours in the day!).  Glad I keep going back when I have time and re-evaluating. I appreciate your feedback and also hearing from you.

Thanks, Michael - much appreciated.  As far as "hand held" goes, it's a matter of necessity.  No tripods allowed in a lot of places and it would be technically impossible, anyway, on the tours we  use to see such wonderful places.
