I am not a fan of vignettes when it's done by my lens... lol
Otherwise, I am openminded... it might depend on my mood probably. I use vignettes too! And probably would get bashed by others for doing so "wrongly".
By the way Jo, no idea what tool you are using... did you ever try out a clarity vignette? It doesn't necessarily have to be a black overlay one...
Hi Jo! Sorry I missed a couple of weeks on the pen.. And for not being on the site much.. REALLY busy!! Been working full time and our church is growing so much!! It"s Awesome!! :D I will try to get more regular again! :D God Bless, Debbie :D
Hello Jo! That is SO funny! (reguarding your PP responce) Thanks so much for reading and responding! It is very encouraging to us to hear feedback.. Bro. Larry said to tell you that Alligator people are much worse as the ate the Boogieman! hahaha! I don't know how he does it, but after 20 some odd years of writing them, he still hasn't run out of stories. I have saved as many as I can and hope to put together a book of them someday.. well I better go for now, God Bless you and yours. Debbie and Bro. Larry
Hello Jo, I posted a thank you for reading the PP< on the blog and then realized you probabley would not see it so I am telling you now. Thank you so much for reading and for your kind response. God Bless, Debbie :D

Good luck on the newborn shoot!
And thanks :)
I like any type of horror movies- especially the old classics. The cheesier, the better- and the more gore, the better.
I'll add you as a friend on here, I don't post much- but I use Facebook as well if you're on there.
Take care-

Hi Jo,
(btw, I love the name Jo- I'm a Little Women fan)
Thanks for the reply on my blog post, I'm really excited to start this project off.
The video of your daughters' friend sounds interesting! I would love to see it too. I grew up watching horror flicks, so I'm interested in anything gore, especially zombies.
Just went through some of your albums, very beautiful photos!
Take care- Misty

Hi Jo,
Sorry for the delay in sending the pix from my trip. It happened bcoz i went on yet another trip and couldnt process the pix ofthe earlier trip. I shall be uploading them in a day or two. Infact two pix have been uploaded in my portaits album (i think portrait 35,36). I have been irregular in MSS. Will try and make up for lost time. Thanx for your interest.
Hi Jo. I am back from my trip to a pilgrimage place in the hills of south-west India, called SABRIMALAI. I shall edit them and upload them this week. I also had been to PUSHKAR, a semi-desert area in north-west india. The largest camel fair occurs in this town for a mere 10 days in the whole year. People from a fairly wide region of north-west india come there to buy and sell camels/horses/bulls.
I would invite your reaction and suggestions once i upload these pix.
Regards and have a nice week ahead.

Jo, thanks for the encouragement about the 365 day challenge. I've decided that I will start Jan 1st. I want to get the holidays over with. I still have two sons at home, a husband, full time job, part time job and a church job. Life is busy.
How do you like your course from NYIP? Which one are you taking, and do you think it is worth the money. I looked into it, but haven't got the money to commit to the cause right now. I am trying to learn what I can online and practice, practice, practice.
Hi Jo, Im glad you drifted to my page :D Thanks for the wonderful comment, it is much appreciated. I'm sorry I responded so late, been on hiatus after a crisis at work, and all.
i look forward visiting your photostreams once i get control of the steering. Thanks again and God bless!
and villagers from a vast northwest region gather to buy/sell camels/elephants etc. Many are dressed in their traditional attire and headgear, including the women in their colorful tunics, bangles etc. Will share pictures with you around the 20th nov . Have a great time.

Hi Jo,
Thanx for your message. I enjoyed reading it. I do not know too much about the Western world, but in the eastern hemisphere, irrespective of whether its india or china, thailand, malaysia, singapore, indonesia, the social and family structure to a large extent is still intact. More so in the rural and semi-rural areas. I have travelled a bit now in eastern asia and i find many similarities in the social structure.
I leave tomorrow for a place called PUSHKAR (near Ajmer, Rajasthan) (try a new search engine www.blekko.com and punch in pushkar/photography) which has a 10 day camel fair

Thanks for your response. An elephant walking in your town :).....that would cause a riot, i guess. But even today in India, inspite of the progress we have made technologically, some ancient things such as camels, horse-carts, bullock-carts,elephants can sometimes still be seen on our roads, and no one blinks an eye.
I shall try to upload more pix of the world around me. So far i have been concentrating on portraits, which is what i love most. India is such a diverse country, with people of different faiths and looks....ranging from europeon white to african black. Thank u once again,Jo...........Sathya
