Detailed Explanation: "The American Bad Dream" my photo

This past week I listened to the American presidential candidates speak at length about restoring religious freedom in America at rallies conducted in the State of Michigan. I was rather offended and outraged that this issue was placed ahead of much more serious issues inflicting the people of America and abroad to the tune of millions affected. Issue's such as good people losing their job, food, heat, medical and security because economies are failing. Religious freedom restored? A thunderous applause in support? What the hell has gone wrong with people of well being? This rally was the direct reason why I sought out my photo and reworked it in order to make a statement. I sent it to Time Magazine with my explanation in hopes that it at least compels them to write a story about the real issue's of America and abroad. The issue's that every leader should be placing a priority on. The photo can be seen on my page. Thanks for reading.

I really liked the photo.....it's a look, a feeling that I've seen too often here in the past 4 years or so....we currently have over 300 "tent cities" in the county I live in.  It's very sad to see the mentally ill homeless wander the streets (of course, they aren't all mentally ill)...we do have some wonderful organizations in the area that have various ministries going to help our homeless populations, the problem is, the jobs just aren't here.  Our county has one of the highest unemployment rates in the state and is above average in the country.  (I live in a carpet manufacturing town).

I admire you for your stand. If more people stood up for their beliefs the better the world we live in would be.
