I just saw your posts in the HDR group. Excellent work. I use Nik also and love it. Blows away anything I was able to get from Photomatix. Its also great with multiple images. I still do a bit of layer editing on most of my images but with Nik HDR Efex and Nik Veviza they eliminate most of my layer work. Your rose with the water droplets is crazy cool, almost a 3D feel to it. The tall building also has a great feel to it.Well done.

Because my son was stationed on the U.S.S. Harry S. Truman aircraft carrier, I was able to attend two family day events, and be on hand for one return from deployment. I do have a fair number of "shots," but the number of acceptable ones is very few.  My "point and shoot," technique was somewhat from the hip, meaning I did not observe, contemplate, or set up any of my shots - it shows. Once-in-a-lifetime opportunities are gone, and all I have are blurred, grainy, out-of-focus images.  If I get a second chance my captures will be better.

In the short time I've spent on this site, I can see great improvement in my photo selecting skills and in my photo capturing skills.  Thanks for all the help you've provided just by sharing your images.
