Profile Information

About Me:
Well here goes then. My interests are travelling, 80’s rock/metal music, movies, computers/technology, going to concerts and I have been passionate about photography for about 2 years now roughly. My main interests are landscapes and motor sports/aeroplanes, but I’m pretty much a student of all photography. I have also been approached on occasion to shoot a few weddings and family portraits which I see as a great privilege that someone actually trusts me enough to handle that responsibility.
My Equipment
My equipment consists of the Canon EOS 40D + 17-85mm kit lens, but my main lens is the Sigma 18-200mm OS. I have also had the pleasure of owning the Canon EOS 400D before upgrading and I could not been happier with my decision.

I do also have a Fuji Finepix F47FD as my current compact which I usually only use at concerts as I cant get my 40D in there. I have also owned the Canon A520 compact which was absolutely brilliant, but only 4MP.

I can't remember how to tell the difference, but someone on bugguide.net told me. It has to do with the shape of the insect.

I see what you mean, you know well the type of Canon in the shot ... Problem is that nice birds are better attracted by Canons with long expensive lens ...
