The hard part was NOT focusing on the chain link fence, that was not easy!!!!!!!!!!! once I got the hang of the area, I focused past the "cage"…"

To stop punches or kicks, you'll need at least 500 sec. Set it on shutter preferred and use the fastest lens you have. If you have to, push the ISO. If you can get close, use flash. I would think something around 200mm or better would…"
Ron Lemelin replied to Ron Lemelin's discussion 'Action shooting'"Thank I will keep this in mind. I shoot with a Nikon D80. Got to move my around and find the right settings. It will be under a tent with fixed center lighting so the lighting will stay constant! Shoot in "S" mode at 1/1000min or what?"
