Why are we here?

This is a million dollar question.

I am not new to digital Photography. Already clicked more than 12000 shots, out of which I like only 106. Also active on other Photographic sites.

Sure, we love the equipment, the camera and love to show the result to the world at large, but the main aim is to improve our photographic skill. We are here because we have the potential, but we all need sincere comments and critics for our own improvement. Simply uploading shots from the hard disk will not improve our skills. I beleive that there must be a limit of 2 to 4 photographs per day per member. Merely flooding the site with our clicks will only swell the photo base. Please let me know my faults,my shortcomings, so that as a photographer I should grow. I know very well my + Points, so please pin point my negative points.

You seem to be very well versed in the art of Black & White - some wonderful compositions there. I think that eliminating the colours help to focus attention - which is also why I find that colour photos require more attention to composition - and often more willingness to eliminate unwanted elements from the frame. I'm not saying that your photos are full of clutter, the truth is that they are very nicely composed. It's just an advise I find very useful to remember when shooting in colour.
