Just found this site. Here is my first addition.
As children who spread both joy and sorrow constantly surround me in my daily work, innocent of their very existence, I realize how meaningful a child’s expression can be to most of us. Here we can join together and share our children's portraits.
BW photography is, arguably, a true study in light and contrast. Some of the most famous and most beautiful photographs. The point of this community is to discuss techniques, tips and tricks in composing and taking photos intended for B W prints.

I am only an amatuer having a lot of fun and learnint a lot from all the very nice people I have met on here. As you can probably tell, I really love the post/creative editing. Don't have a clue what I am doing, just play around with it till I like it. It is so much fun for me to take a photo and make a completely new peice of art out of it. About dogs, well I personally love the cocker spaniels, but they really need to spend a lot of time with their people and they take a lot of maintance with the hair cuts. I think it will depend on your personality, how busy you are and how much room you have. I think you may have to do some research on dogs !! btw. I looked at YOUR very, very beautiful collection. You have a great gift. Well I have rambled enough for one day. I look for ward to getting to know you better. I will tell you more about myself later. I need a nap before church. lol.
