Deleting photos to re-edit.

My settings were f2.8, 13seconds, iso 640, 24mm focal lenght.
I see you have an 18-55mm (f3.5??) so try those settings on those shots but you may have up the iso to 800 and maybe increase the lenght to 15 seconds. Once you do a trial shot and it looks good then you have your settings. Get a cable release and put your camera on continous shooting for about a half hr to get the same effect I achieved. I also put my camera to B&W coz the street lights were too strong.
