"I would suggest next time, shoot at a faster shutter speed and crop a bit less. Also, I always run noiseware first, then start editing so the pixelation isn't made worse by editing. Keep your iso to 400 or less."

On a Lobster boat in Maine I caught these gulls as their attention was on the lobster cage that had just been brought up. Very foggy morning so transformed photo to black & white.
