Which One 70-300mm vr or 70-200mm F2.8

I am looking at replacing one of my lenses, but I'm split between a stabalised 70-300mm or a 70-200mm F2.8. I will use the lens for nature and sport shots.

 

 I would gladly like to hear your choice and reasons.
