One of the things that drew me toward photography was the images in LIFE, LOOK and the Saturday Evening Post. I started trying to take more that snap shots when I was stationed in Iceland in 1970-71. I bought a Yashica Lynx 5000E but never really improve my photos. Around 2003 I bought a Fujifilm FinePix2650. Even though I didn't take it off auto I could see an improvement in my photos and I started to read more about photography and take a lot more shots.
