Sorry to tell you that the Othello Tunnels are not in Alberta. Their in British Columbia just above Hope where the first Rambo movie was filmed and are beside the Coquihalla River. The section of tunnel your photograph shows was cemented in by the CPR when it ran trains on the Kettle Valley Railway before abandoning it.

Just thought I should set the record straight since I'm from BC and was there just over a week and half ago.
