Thank you all for your comments,
the settings for this shot are F8 with an Olympus 70-300mm, 1/60sec and the camera used was the Olympus E510. There was only one Novertron 400 watt head used and it was to the extreme left of the shot.
The camera was fired with remote as I poured the water into the glass.
