Thank you all for your comments, the horizon is slightly off and is also enhanced by the distortion of my lens at its edges. that being said, it doesn't ruin it for me at this time. I may change my mind.

hmmm the skyline is perfectly straight in my opinion, it is the pier that possibly gives Moxy this crooked impression..

Anyway, less defending and more about the photo!

It is indeed a great shot, i love the shadows/reflections (i cant tell which) below the closest wooden poles and the gradual gradient from navy to pale blue as the eyes wonder further out..
