Cape Point, South Africa

I shot this image quite a while ago, probably nearly a year ago to be exact! Usually I prefer to shoot these kind of shots during the golden hour, it does make it pretty hard to shoot this as the sun sets though, the rules of the park has changed over the years, you aren’t allowed to stay in the park after 6pm, therefore making it virtually impossible to get a decent image of Cape Point with the right lighting. On the same note, all photographers shoot during the golden light, it’s quite nice taking a photo at a different time of day every once in a while, I think this was shot at 12pm or so, this is one of the rules that no photographers break, the light is quite harsh during these hours. But hey, I took out my ND8 anyway :) Hope you like it :) I like the view, the adrenaline of standing in this particular spot to take this photo, if the wind was any stronger, I would probably have fallen down, the chances I take for a good image scares me some days.
