Bob and Iris, seeing this big snowman in person was interesting. I did check it out and it did seem very sturdy and wasn't going to fall down anytime soon. Thanks for commenting.

I've read about this in the local newspapers (Hamilton Spectator and Globe & Mail)... my first thought was of it falling with no protection around it..
