A spot in the shade

Taken at the Kgalagadi Transfontier Park on the South African side (Gemsbok Natl Park)

Funnily, those 18 (!!!) chicks were following their dad to catch a place in his shadow whenever he stopped walking. The female ostrich was also just nearby, looking for food (shopping while the dad was babysitting, heh...).
