Gud Morning Jorn, it"s almost 9 in the morning over here. All my works I done it without ND filter except UV filter and Shoot in RAW format then editing using LR4 + CS5. For this photo it was shot during sunset and the setting was f18|0.6 sec.|ISO 100|Nikon 28-300mm VR Lens @ 28mm on D700 body + Tripot.TQ.

Lovely shot! Did you used a ND filtre ? What was the setup for this shot? ex shutterspeed...
was it shot in sunset or sunrice or mid day ?.
