Yes... This is a Dance Move
I took this while on a business trip in California. This was at the Promenade in Santa Monica. This was definitely a shoot a pray shot. He was spinning and flipping so fast that I just held the shutter release and hoped for something good, and I got it! I think the shutter speed was in the realm of 1/6400th of a second. This is a helicopter move transition into some type of spinning handstand. NOTE: HE'S DOING ALL THIS ON CONCRETE AND BRICKS. That's one tough bastard. His stage name is "Spee-D"
