Hi , it is not digital art not 3dMax ...Its a simple panorama, contrast tweaked, hue tweaked,  clarity enhanced, sharpness enhanced and clouds blurred to hide dust spots.

Great entry Sandy! The colours in the window is my favorite about the photo. It really has a warm glow.
Must look at getting proper software to do these type of pano photos.
