Nice, color and feeling is good. you must live in a nice natural setting or, at least, near the sea. ever consider a polarizing lense? it makes sea and sky light even better....

I use a Canan Rebel XT 350D. I just started taking photos as a hobby and this picture is one of my favorites.

Burning sky: color, and composition look solid in terms of horizon the surfers, interesting photo to look at. what kind of equipment and post-production were used?

Regarding Paul's shot of the ferris wheel, Its OK but no much impact. what is the point of the shot? the eye is not lead through the photo and forground and background seem unrelated. nice color thought.... ps: is the the level of input appropriate for this group?
