Maybe there's some time needed to start the group, Joe. I think a favorite foto of the week is more manageable. Every sunday post your photo of the week? Make your own discussion for every photo? And how can we vote? There are some issues to find out the best way to go...!

Do you think that POTW (photo of the week is less ambitious and more manageable?

Let's take it one step at a time. 1) The more people who participate the better. 2)When you choose a POTD that you like post it as a discussion so that others can participate on that particular picture. 3) Make sure that you credit the person, their name a link to their page etc. 4) let's nominate in discussion forum on this page and see what develops next

Dave Murray asked how we could get the POTD on the main page when selected... I thought that we could create a member named POTD and that member would always be atop the "top Members" list and the POTD's could be viewed in the POTD slide show... any other thoughts?
