Phartography (Combining Photography and Art)
Information
I like to take photos and make them into works of art. You can use online editing software or fancy photoshop programs. The process is the fun part because you can take one flower or insect and make them into lots of different abstract patterns. You can also change colors of scenes, do negative images, put faces on fruit (as Garooch likes to do)...just use your imagination. Who said you have to color inside the lines? Use your creativity to make awesome pictures.
If you want, you can show the before and after result. You can also take one picture and make a few different works of art from it.
This is a good way to recycle those B shots, I've learned. The abstract I have for thisgroup is a Martha Washington Geranium. I thought the colors would lend themselves to some interesting patterns. I will add more that I can make out of the same photo.

Two photos (Both taken by me)...
One is the Cadbury Building...
The other is the Chocolate with ripped wrapper....
I then made hands and eyes for the Chocolate Hero, with the Use of Paint Shop Pro 9 (Photo Editing software, similar to Photo Shop)...
I then pasted the 3 Chocolate Heroes on to the Cadbury building Photo... at different positions and sizes....
It was fun to do... I hope you like it.

This is my favorite way to work with my photography. I took this picture of my cousin and his buddy last January for a posed photo shoot. I manilputed the facial hair the guy posing as Jesus and changed the coloring and texture of photo,also added the stars with brush tool on photoshop. The Image is called "Friend of God". Means:God is so big that he made the stars yet he can choose to come down and fellowship with us.It only has a slight copyright over it becuase it is part of my art gallery.
