Another privilege to hold a daily challenge - thank you deborah.

I am sure you guys have visited parks near your home. Wanting some peace and quite from the dalily life,  I myself visit them too. So the challenge is to post photos of Parks - prefereablly wide angle shots that show that park that you visit or visited before. It need not be of the one you have near your house..It can be any park - an exhibition park, a botanical garden..anything. Just that I would prefer normal wide angle shots and not a zoomed photo of statue or bench in that park

1 entry and NE spam allowed ; editing and archive shots obviously allowed.

Challenge will end on 26th Nov - around 8 pm GMT.

Have a great weekend guys and enjoy :)

My entry:

Park Haarzuilens, Utrecht The Netherlands

Lovely shot.

Thanks very much, Deborah!

beautiful, serene and looks peaceful too !!! wonderful details in there and great depth in the shot !! do you observe any birds in this park anita ? here in UK if there is a big waterbody  like above , ducks, gulls and swans are most commonly found :)

Thanks very much, Sandeep. Just a few ducks in the water... Maybe I scared them away...! :-)

NE

This is from River Front Park in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, USA

From the famous Gettysburg Battlefield National Park in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, USA. It looks so beautiful and peaceful under this blanket of snow. Its terrifying to me that so many people died and so much bloodshed happened on this site.

Great DoF in the first one!

i really like the canon!! but the 2nd ne is my fave.. very nice

awesome series brad and good informatio to share.you description and the tone of your images match perfectly..wonderful work in that aspect ..its a skill to master while presenting your work at exhibitions :) .. love all three of them.

that first one - is it dof or is it blurred in post-processing ? looks like a great edit that works very well in that photo.

Great series Brad.
