This is the full moon from last night. Despite cropping it twice (something that I try to keep myself from doing even once) it turned out decent...just a little soft.

Greg-Those shots are in Atlanta at the Amtrak Station.  Also, good shot of the news event, never ending in the ATL.

Very cool, is that in Marietta? Also, I stumbled across this yesterday in south Cobb. It was at the old BJ's store on the East-West Connector. The size of the debris wrapped around the sign compared to the size of the reporter really speaks for itself, and this was one of the smaller pieces of metal:

This is Plant Bowen in Euharlee (near Cartersville). It produces much (if not all) of the electricity that we use in and around Atlanta. It also is the second most powerful coal plant in all of North America. Surrounding the plant is nothing both small roads, farm houses, and pastures.

I was on top of a helipad at Ventenas, which is behind the Georgia Aquarium when we were doing a wedding.  I did four shots capturing the skyline from each side of the helipad. This is one of the four and I did several at night but it was raining and foggy for the night shots.  I will post a couple of those from this same vantage point.

Thats not far at all. When it gets closer to Spring, seams far away but I am going to organize a day  shoot for the Atlanta group.  The idea would be to meet in ATL, spend the day shooting in and around the city and then share the photos we all take on this group page for others to see Atlanta through our eyes, I will let you know when that develops.
