Hey there, I'm Amy from Texas. I've been photographing for a couple of years, but I have a looooong way to go! I shoot with a 40D. I'm pretty light on equipment (I'm a broke girl) so I just have most of the basics. Can't wait to get some tricks, tips, and see lots of inspiration on this site!

Howdy to you too Amy. Welcome to mss, and I hope you have fun here and learn stuff. What part of Texas? I use to live in a small town, Lake Dallas,Texas. That's near Denton.

Joe, I've been through Lake Dallas several times! I live in Amarillo.

Thank you for your reply Amy. I did construction work in Dallas and the Plano area Back in the 80'S. Also had a sub and video game shop in Lewisville. Ah, good times :)

"Lovely work of art.  The colors, textures, and lines, both the orderly window cages and bricks, then the mish-mosh of tree limbs and vines, really jump out and catch my eye."
